DESCIPTION
Determination professional for food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other industries of various bottle container vertical deviation, and is bottle factory , bottle users and research institutions to detect bottle verticality preferred instrument bias.
PRINCIPLE
Fix the bottom of the bottle on the rotating disk of the horizontal plate, make the bottle mouth contact the micrometer, rotate 360° to read the maximum and minimum values, and 1/2 of the difference between the two is the vertical axis deviation value. The instrument uses the high concentricity of the four-claw self-centering chuck, with a set of high-freedom brackets that can freely adjust the height and orientation, to meet the testing of various glass bottles and plastic bottles.
