It can also be used to test the pendulum impact resistance of paper and paperboard, such as aluminized paper for cigarette packages, aluminum-plastic paper composite materials for Tetra Pak packaging, etc.
This instrument uses a semi-spherical punch to impact and break the sample at a certain impact speed, thereby measuring the energy consumed by the punch, and using this energy to evaluate the anti-pendulum impact energy value of the film sample.
